1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.


2. Booking and Payment

2.1. To book a vehicle, you must provide accurate information, including your contact details and trip requirements.

2.2. Payment must be made in accordance with our pricing and payment policies. We accept various forms of payment, like Cash, UPI, NEFT and Cheque.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

If pickup time is more then 48 Hours 200/- only per booking

If pickup time is Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours 25% of Rent.

If pickup time is Between 24 Hours and 12 Hours 50% of Rent.

If pickup time is Between 12 Hours and 0 Hours 100% of Rent.

3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.


4. Vehicle and Driver

4.1. We strive to provide well-maintained and clean vehicles for your trips.

4.2. Our drivers are experienced and professional, ensuring your safety and comfort.


5. Trip Conditions

5.1. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during trips.

5.2. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be the responsibility of the passenger.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our services.
